that it curries within
and for this day
celebrates life
as if it were the only thing that exists..

tomorrow you can always go back
to the masturbations of the mind
that convince us
that life is an ordeal
and must be suffered ..

but not today,
for once say no …
make of today
the extraordinary event
that it really is,

join life for once
as a lover, as a friend,
as that formidable creator
that you really are

savor the joy of being alive,
for a moment
love and embrace
everything …
the good, the bad and the ugly,

let the illusory dualism
melt inside you
in your heart
and use the energy
that flows from it
to love and enlighten
everything that crosses
your path

Just for today
let all the magnificence
inside you
illuminate everything and everyone

… even just for this moment
make this world
that wonderful place
that truly is
