A volte,
e direi anche spesso,
è meglio sentire qualcosa
attraverso le nostre emozioni
piuttosto che cercare di dargli una spiegazione razionale.
Non è un caso che all’umanità
sia stato dato, come a nessun altro,
una straordinaria capacità
di sentire emozioni.
La spiegazione razionale
riduce, limita e a volte anche dissacra
la magia che si sprigiona
attraverso la moltitudine
di espressioni di ciò che chiamiamo Vita.
Infatti molto spesso
la razionalità necessita un enorme quantità di tempo,
a volte anche centinaia di anni,
per arrivare alle conclusioni
che il sentire delle nostre emozioni
ci rivela quasi istantaneamente.
Per questo è di assoluta importante
acquisire la capacità di distinguere
tra le nostre emozioni
quelle organiche ed espansive che ci arrivano
attraverso la voce del nostro cuore (anima)
e quelle false, contratte e create artificialmente dalla mente ego.
Una volta acquisita questa capacità
possiamo lasciare libero il nostro sentire,
la nostra parte femminile,
che ci guiderà sempre impeccabilmente
attraverso il flusso della vita
mentre la ragione, la nostra parte maschile,
ci assisterà meravigliosamente
in quei casi in cui è importante capire
ed eseguire operazioni meccaniche, tecniche.
L’integrazione del nostro sentire
che ci guida e ci dirige verso la strada più appropriata
con il capire che sostiene la capacità di eseguire
altro non sono che l’unione sacra
del femminile con il maschile,
unione che è indispensabile per l’Umanità
se vuole continuare il suo viaggio
verso nuovi orizzonti
mai solcati prima

Feeling and Understanding
Sometimes,
and I would even say often,
it is better to feel something
through our emotions
rather than trying to give it a rational explanation.
It is no coincidence that humanity
has been given, like no other,
an extraordinary capacity
to feel emotions.
Rational explanation
reduces, limits, and sometimes even desecrates
the magic that is released
through the multitude
of expressions of what we call Life.
In fact, very often
rationality requires an enormous amount of time,
sometimes even hundreds of years,
to reach the conclusions
that feeling our emotions
reveals to us almost instantly.
This is why it is absolutely important
to acquire the ability to distinguish
between our emotions
the organic and expansive ones that reach us
through the voice of our heart (soul)
and the false, contracted, and artificially created ones of the ego-mind.
Once we have acquired this ability,
we can free our feelings,
our feminine side,
which will always guide us impeccably
through the flow of life,
while reason, our masculine side,
will assist us wonderfully
in those cases where it is important to understand
and execute mechanical, technical operations.
The integration of our feelings
that guides us and directs us towards the most appropriate path
with the understanding that supports the ability to execute
is nothing other than the sacred union
of the feminine and the masculine,
a union that is indispensable for humanity
if it wishes to continue its journey
towards new horizons
never before explored.
